We'reĀ hiring a full-time Operations Specialist for quality control. The ideal candidate will monitor the courses that clients have purchased and implement technology effectively. They must work well with team members, have strong English skills, and serve as the quality control person for our staff and clients.

Primary skills needed:

  • Proficient with social media growth, knows how to set up and run online business systems

Specific tasks:

  • Assist with onboarding new employees and clients
  • Help implement new software systems
  • Keep everything organized and running smoothly

Tools used in business:

  • Asana
  • Keeper
  • QuickBooks
  • Google Workspace
  • Loom
  • Notion

Please note you should be:

  • Fluent in English
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • A quick and creative self-starter

Bonus but not required:

  • If you have experience with an accounting or tax firm
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks or tax is a plus

To be successful in this position, you must possess the following qualities:

ABOUT THIS POSITION:

  • Bonuses will be given for excellent performance (If the business makes money, you should too!).
  • We are looking for our "perfect-match" VA, who can grow with our business.

ABOUT COMPENSATION:

  • $10/hr or more (depends on your experience)

  • Pay is weekly
  • Bonuses for great work
  • Pay increases based on performance

TIMESHIFT:

  • Flexible, but the client may need you for a few hours (Pacific Standard Time)
